Crafting a unique item tailored just for you takes a bit more time, but we are committed to delivering it as soon as possible while prioritizing everyone’s health and safety. To estimate your delivery date, refer to the timeframe below, considering that it includes both production and shipping times.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your order.
Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking shows no information, it means the carrier hasn’t processed your parcel yet. Events will populate when scanned.

Incorrect Address:
Provide the correct address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Kiwilogy.com is not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
Contacting the carrier after the order leaves the warehouse for forwarding or redirection is at your own risk; beautiess.shop.shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
